Internet Protocol television (IPTV) is a system through which digital television service is delivered using the architecture and networking methods of the Internet Protocol Suite over a packet-switched network infrastructure, e.g., the Internet and broadband Internet access networks, instead of being delivered through traditional radio frequency broadcast, satellite signal, and cable television (CATV) formats.
Allwell’s IPTV solutions offer live television, content (or video) on demand, video, music and photo over USB device. It is distinguished from general Internet-based or web-based multimedia services by its on-going standardization process and preferential deployment scenarios in subscriber-based telecommunications networks with high-speed access channels into end-user premises via Allwell’s set-top boxes.
Digital Signage: The benefits of digital signage over static signs, in situations where changing signs are preferred over static signs, are that the content can be exchanged more easily and the signs can adapt to the context and audience, even interactively. Allwell’s high definition digital signage low cost solution can offer superior return on investment compared to temporary and/or promotional signs made from other substrates.
