How do I pay from Canada?
We accept Interac e-Transfer, which every major Canadian bank supports. After you place an order you receive an order reference — send the e-Transfer to abrivad19@hotmail.com and put that reference in the message field so we can match your payment instantly.
Is the free trial really free?
Yes. There is no payment step and no card required. You fill in the form and your username, password and connection links appear on the very next screen — usually in under ten seconds. The same details are emailed to you straight away. Trials are limited to one per email address and per household.
Which app should I use?
It depends on your device. Most Smart TV and Android TV users choose a player that supports M3U or Xtream-style logins; MAG owners use the built-in portal. Tell us your device on the trial or order form and we will recommend the right app and set it up with you.
What internet speed do I need?
As a practical guideline: about 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K, per simultaneous stream. Stability matters more than raw speed — a wired Ethernet connection almost always outperforms Wi-Fi for streaming.
Can I use my subscription on more than one device?
You can install your line on several devices, but the number of streams you can run at the same time depends on your plan. If your household watches on two or three screens at once, tell us before ordering and we will set you up correctly.
How fast is activation after I pay?
Payments are confirmed manually by our team, so activation happens as soon as we see the e-Transfer arrive — typically within minutes during working hours. You will get a WhatsApp message the moment your line is ready.
Do you offer reseller accounts?
Yes. We resell seven panel brands, priced in Canadian dollars from $128 to $320 CAD depending on the panel and the number of credits. Every one comes with custom DNS setup, anti-ISP blocking support and a white-label app. Submit the form on the reseller page, or message us on WhatsApp, and we set it up with you before any payment.
What if something does not work?
