What You Receive After Ordering

As soon as your payment is confirmed, we e-mail you four things. Keep that e-mail — everything on this page depends on it.

• Server URL — the address your app connects to
• Username and Password — your personal login
• M3U link — an alternative, if your app prefers a single link
• Expiry date — when your subscription runs out

MAG and Formuler boxes work differently: instead of a username, you send us the MAC address written under the box, and we register it. You then get a Portal URL.

Amazon Firestick and Fire TV

The Firestick does not carry IPTV apps in its own store, so the app is installed through Amazon's own Downloader tool. This is a normal, supported procedure.

1. On your Firestick, go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and turn on Apps from Unknown Sources.
2. From the Amazon App Store, install Downloader.
3. Open Downloader and enter the address of the IPTV player you want (IPTV Smarters and TiviMate are the two most common).
4. Install it, open it, and choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
5. Type any name you like, then your Server URL, Username and Password exactly as we sent them.

Type them by hand carefully, or copy and paste from the e-mail. A single wrong character is the cause of nearly every "it does not connect" message we receive.

Android TV Box, Google TV and Android Phones

1. Install TiviMate, IPTV Smarters or XCIPTV from the Google Play Store.
2. Open it and choose Xtream Codes (some apps call it "Xtream Codes API" or "Login with Xtream").
3. Enter your Server URL, Username and Password.

If your app only accepts a playlist, use the M3U link from your e-mail instead — it contains the same login, already assembled.

Samsung and LG Smart TV

Samsung Tizen and LG webOS both have IPTV players in their own app stores. Search the store on your TV for an IPTV player that supports Xtream Codes, install it, and enter the same three details: Server URL, Username, Password.

On older models the store may not offer one. In that case the cheapest route is a small Android TV box or a Firestick plugged into the HDMI port — it will also be faster than the TV's own processor.

MAG, Formuler and Other Portal Boxes

These boxes do not use a username. They are recognised by the MAC address printed on a sticker underneath, which looks like 00:1A:79:AA:BB:CC.

1. Send us that MAC address on WhatsApp before we create your line.
2. We register it and send you a Portal URL.
3. On the box, open Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.
4. Give the portal any name, paste the Portal URL, save, and restart the box.

iPhone, iPad and Apple TV

Install an IPTV player from the App Store that supports Xtream Codes, then enter your Server URL, Username and Password. The App Store's selection changes often; any player advertising "Xtream Codes" support will work with your details.

Windows and Mac

The simplest option is VLC Media Player, which is free: open Media → Open Network Stream and paste your M3U link. VLC has no channel guide, so for daily use a dedicated IPTV player is more comfortable.

If Something Does Not Work

• "Invalid credentials" — almost always a typing mistake. Copy and paste from the e-mail rather than retyping.
• Channels freeze or buffer — test your connection speed first. IPTV needs a steady 15 Mbps for HD and around 25 Mbps for 4K. Wi-Fi at the far end of the house is the usual culprit; a cable fixes it.
• Some channels open, others do not — tell us which ones. That points at the channel, not at your setup.
• It stopped after working fine — check your expiry date.
